Mission

The mission of the PR & Outreach Executive is to deliver world-leading content that drives results and positions our brand as the authority in interiors market. Working closely with designers and marketers, you will be a crucial part of our industry-leading team. You will oversee the PR content calendar for our Murals Wallpaper brand and nurture campaigns from idea to conception.

 

Role Overview

The PR & Outreach Executive role offers and incredibly exciting and rewarding opportunity to tell our brand stories and get them featured in some of the world’s best websites and publications. With a foundation already in place, you will be able to jump right in and begin impacting from day one. When working at your best, you’ll be getting features in the likes of national publications including Elle Decoration and Living Etc, and industry leading online publications including Design Milk and Dezeen.

You will head up storytelling for our Murals Wallpaper brand, coming up with fantastic campaigns that will capture attention. You will then work closely with the design and marketing team to bring that campaign to life, before launching it to the press, nailing down features and eventually reporting on the success of your campaigns.

 

Metrics & Accountabilities

You will be tasked with achieving the following outcomes in this role:

  • Deliver a minimum of 30 online press features per month
  • Deliver all campaigns to deadline and within budget
  • Achieve required metrics for your features including quality, relevance and brand indicators

The goal of the Pinterest Assistant role is to deliver world-leading sales and brand exposure through our Pinterest channel; achieved by producing sensational content and click-worthy stories.

 

 

Job Role

Collaborating closely with designers, photographers, stylists and marketers, you will create, launch and report on Pinterest marketing campaigns. You will manage the daily Pinterest marketing calendar and ensure that all campaign deliverables are executed to an industry-leading quality standard and within deadline.

You will need a balance of being highly organised and fantastically creative. The ability to develop fantastic content ideas and execute them with incredible levels of quality and detail is essential.

This role is focused on achieving the ambitious goals of increasing sales and positioning our brand as a global interior design authority on the Pinterest platform.

You will oversee the post-production of in-house photography and create sensational visual content that equips our marketing team with the tools they need to be the best in the industry.

 

Role Overview

As Photo Retoucher, you’ll play a vital role in the company’s marketing operation by delivering world-leading imagery at the highest quality. Highly detail-oriented and well organised, you will work closely with our in-house photo studio to post-edit and manage the cutout process of our images. Your work will fuel the marketing team to deliver sales and generate coverage over PR and social.

Produce 100% of requested images on time and within the brand standards.

  • Build a world-leading image bank

Job Outline

The role of the Operations Junior Executive is to operate, manage and continually improve the operations side of the business. You are expected to be proactive and take ownership of in-house wallpaper production, working to manage department activity, fulfil orders, maintain quality standards whilst looking to increase efficiencies and reduce cost.

 

You will be an integral part of a high growth business that is expanding globally. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the design and sales team, you will ensure the smooth running of production at Milexa and be committed to continual improvement of everything. In depth training will be provided on production equipment and operational systems, so background knowledge in this field is not a requirement. We are however looking for a candidate that holds specific aptitudes, particularly strengths in thinking logically, approaching challenges systematically and incredible attention to detail. Initially, approximately a third of your time will be spent directly on production and order fulfilment, with the rest of your time spent on department learning and development activity. This is a role packed full of variety in a naturally fast paced environment.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Working alongside a team manufacturing wallpaper products at Milexa
  • Monitoring your daily targets efficiently

  • Operate print production equipment to produce wall covering products
  • Follow and organise your print schedule and workload effectively to deliver on dispatch deadlines for orders
  • Oversee quality control and standards for all products
  • Arrange packaging and dispatch for outgoing orders
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for department including reporting and quality standards
  • Feedback to design and marketing department on products: problems, quality issues, improvement ideas and products that have been printed that would be good to showcase for marketing purposes
  • Continually look to improve and make department and production processes more efficient, effective and better at delivering a quality product and service to our customers, especially as the business evolves
  • Utilising new technologies and operating practices to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with in-house tech team to map and shape bespoke systems and technology that increases efficiency and automation

Job Description

The role of the Production assistant is to work alongside the production team, adhering to the daily production schedule alongside running and operating the factory machines and managing a rigorous cleaning schedule. You will be required to unload and sign for deliveries of stock and therefore heavy lifting may be involved; the appropriate equipment will be available to help with this. You are expected to be proactive, enthusiastic whilst maintaining high quality standards in line with the company targets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and integral team. In depth training will be provided on all print and production equipment, so a print background is not a requirement.
